1 piece of baguette toast with cream cheese
1 small thermos coffee

Kale/tomato/black bean/pepper over brown rice (Loes @ lunchclub)

1 cherry-dark chocolate Kashi granola bar

3 salt-and-pepper pork chops
A healthy portion of pasta with rapini

Some cottage cheese
An apple

Mundane Monday.

1 bowl muselix with soy milk
1 large Tim Horton's coffee

1 piece of swiss chard/tomato/potato/cheddar fritatta
4 orange slices
Several slices of baguette toast
1 small thermos of coffee

1 granola bar
3 blackberries

Curry of chicken/yellow zucchini/purple bell pepper over couscous
2 glasses of mugi-cha

Cardio: 50something minutes of 3 minute fast intervals @ reistance of 10 and 3 minute slow intervals @ resistance of 5.
Calories burned: 650
Max heartrate: 179
Minimum heartrate: 139ish

Sunday I had..

iced coffee
ramen w. pork
maccaroni+beans+roasted garlic+lime juice+olive oil+salt+pepper+crushed red pepper
vanilla ice cream with crunchy peanut butter and chocolate sauce
chamomile tea w. honey & half and half

I also went for a jog, a mile and change.

Monday so far... coffee w. half and half, foot long turkey sub from Subway with cheese and a lot of veggies and hot mustard. And I'm about to have round two of coffee with half and half.

Ending the week.

12/9/09

Special K with soy milk
Asparagus, wax beans, and Brussels sprouts with bacon over rice
1 crepe Tunisienne with tuna, olives, egg and cheese

Picnic dinner in the park with Bruce, Kelly, Bea, Kristen, Adeze and David:
1 healthy portion of Bruce's roasted chicken
1 lettuce leaf
Several carrots with hummus
1 small piece of baguette
3 cookies

A few potato chips before bed

No gym!

13/9/09

3 soft-boiled eggs with bacon and 3 pieces of multigrain toast (Bruce enabled me)
1 cup of coffee
1 sandwich of tuna, apple and onion on multigrain bread (with Jeremy)
1 portion of potato chips

A few crackers with leftover tuna

The better part of a poutine
2 hot dogs 'all dress' pas de relish
1/2 hamburger 'all dress'
1 Barq's root beer
