Sunday I had..
iced coffee
ramen w. pork
maccaroni+beans+roasted garlic+lime juice+olive oil+salt+pepper+crushed red pepper
vanilla ice cream with crunchy peanut butter and chocolate sauce
chamomile tea w. honey & half and half
I also went for a jog, a mile and change.
Monday so far... coffee w. half and half, foot long turkey sub from Subway with cheese and a lot of veggies and hot mustard. And I'm about to have round two of coffee with half and half.
