I started going to the gym yesterday.

9/9/09

Special K with soy milk and banana for breakfast
Pasta with meat sauce for lunch
1 granola bar
1 small bag of 'New Orleans' snack mix
Honey glazed wax beans/oven roasted asparagus/Brussels sprouts with bacon over sushi rice
Skim yogurt with muselix/raspberries/strawberries
Multiple coffees

Elliptical: 45 minutes
Calories burnt: 500 or so
Music: Papoose - Military Grind

Gazpacho/quinoa salad with feta, corn, cucumber/cantaloupe/one ginger cookie for lunch (made by Pierre at SSOM lunch club)
1 granola bar
1 small bag of 'Kid's Mix' trailmix
Veggie curry over rice and 1 piece of whole wheat naan (made by Doerte)
Skim yogurt with muselix/raspberries/strawberries/honey
4 8-grain crackers with roasted garlic hummus
2 squares chocolate
Coffee
Mugicha

Weight on the scale: 216 (UCH!)
