I woke up this morning and got on the scale. Surprised to have less poundage than last time, I seized the opportunity...
- 1 latte
- 1 honeycrisp apple
- some butternut squash that I made w. spice and olive oil in the oven
- Tom Kah chicken soup (coconut broth)
- Tofu Tod (fried tofu and dippin' sauce)
- Veggie Pad Thai (more grease)
- Ginger tea w. raw honey
I don't know why upon re-reading the above it doesn't seem like I ate a lot. Maybe it would help to note that the last four items on the list were eaten over the course of probably 15-20 minutes. Maybe less. That was at 330p or so and only now at 8p am I considering having something else.
I have a dark chocolate bar, so maybe I'll have ..
