Wednesday...

low fat yogurt w. pumpkin & apple preserves
chips salsa and guacamole
a vegetable chimichanga
ginger tea w. honey
bread + olive oil + parmesan cheese
salad
shrimp w. broccoli rabe + endive
1 chocolate covered pretzel w. smashed butterfinger on it
1 chocolate covered pretzel w. non-pareils (ugh, spelling?) on it
more ginger tea w. honey

Thanksgiving fatting has apparently begun a day early. Maybe two days...(see Tuesday)?
